1. Shipping Information
Since we primarily offer online courses, there are no shipping charges or delivery times for our digital products. However, if any physical training materials or certificates are sent to you, please review the following:

  • Shipping Zones: We currently offer shipping for physical materials only within the United States. International shipping is not available at this time.
  • Shipping Costs: Shipping for any physical materials (if applicable) will be calculated at checkout and is based on the delivery location and chosen method.
  • Order Processing & Delivery: Orders for any physical materials will be processed within 3-5 business days. Delivery times will vary depending on your location, with standard shipping typically taking 7-10 business days.
  • Damages & Lost Packages: If your physical materials are damaged during shipping or if the package is lost, please contact us within 7 days of receiving (or not receiving) the package, and we will assist with a replacement.

2. Returns and Exchanges
Due to the nature of our online training courses, all course sales are final, and we do not offer returns or exchanges for digital products. For physical materials (if applicable), returns are accepted only for damaged or defective items within 14 days of receipt. Please contact us for return instructions.
